I met Sam years ago and didn’t realize he was a realtor. Due to a death in my family I was made executor of an estate in California. I’m from Michigan. Over many years I have traveled back and forth to this residence, but when the family death occurred I was not able to be there on a constant basis for the residence. Sam went above and beyond in every aspect of our transaction. We live out of state and needed to quickly market and sell my father in law's house due to his admission to a hospice home. He sent a notary to the hospital, he and his wife helped us clean the house, donate clothes, move furniture, hire repair people etc. and the list goes on.
