We ended up making an offer on a property being sold "As-Is" and won against multiple offers. From there, Sam paid out of his own pocket for a roofing contractor to perform a full in-depth roof assessment, as well as a general contractor to provide us estimates on what would need repairs or replacements in the future. We ended up securing thousands in seller-paid closing costs, and the property even appraised for higher than the price we offered.
