Sam was great to work with and really went above and beyond to help our family buy our new home. He never came across as pushy or overly salesy and clearly had our best interests in mind when guiding us through strategies and pointing out potential issues with houses that could become problematic in the future. We ended up making an offer on a property being sold "As-Is" and won against multiple offers. From there, Sam paid out of his own pocket for a roofing contractor to perform a full in-depth roof assessment, as well as a general contractor to provide us estimates on what would need repairs or replacements in the future. We ended up securing thousands in seller-paid closing costs, and the property even appraised for higher than the price we offered. Sam is a great agent who makes sure you're buying the right house without leaving money on the table, and I would highly recommend him.

Working with Sam was so easy, he did all of the worrying about the small details for us. From walking the house with us with a fine tooth comb to digging deep into the local market to make sure we were paying exactly what our house was worth, we had an excellent buying experience. Sam assisted us in both the buy and sell processes. We are very happy with his performance. Since this request is specific to the buying process I limit my comments to just the 8950 property, although the comments would be similar for both. Sam is dedicated to his customers and places their needs and wants first. He was a huge help when looking at potential properties. When touring a house he was like having a house inspector along looking much deeper into the property that the typical agent would do. We really appreciated this from him as 8950 had a variety of concerns to work thru. We are happy with the property and Sam's work helped get us to this happy place.
