Samantha is the real deal! She took care of everything, start to finish, and in a timely manner. Best of all, she sold my house fast, and explained everything so were no surprises. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family, and will be using her for my future real estate needs.

Our real estate sale was probably one of the more challenging transactions Samantha had to deal with. She negotiated with our tenants to show the property by bringing thank you gifts for their cooperation. She took care of every repair that was needed by getting us the best contractors with the best pricing to help us save costs. She truly has a team of professionals that she can call on that do every repair that was needed to prepare the home for sale. On top of that, she meets the contractor and oversees the workmanship. If you are an out of town seller, she is your agent! No need to be onsite when Samantha has the listing. In addition to all that, she is very professional and knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate market. We highly recommend Samantha! As owners of a property that were not living in the state in which the property was being sold, it was very important to us to have a realtor that would work hard on our behalf and in our best interests. Samantha was always on top of any situations that came up during the marketing of the property, necessary repairs and upon final closure of the sale. She was always available for a phone call (even while on vacation) and never failed to return our calls within a couple hours in the rare case she missed one. We would definitely retain Samantha again in the event we have other real estate needs and we would recommend Samantha to any prospective clients.
