She took care of every repair that was needed by getting us the best contractors with the best pricing to help us save costs. She truly has a team of professionals that she can call on that do every repair that was needed to prepare the home for sale. On top of that, she meets the contractor and oversees the workmanship. If you are an out of town seller, she is your agent! No need to be onsite when Samantha has the listing.
