Sam & Sam explained everything to us and walked us through every step. When all was said and done our house sold for asking price. And we were in a new home in plenty of time for Christmas! Even with some unexpected circumstances, Sam never flinched but got the job done. We can't imagine ever using anyone else to sell/buy a home.
