If you have ever bought a foreclosure you know what a difficult process that is. Sam was very patient and took extra time to explain the process. Even while pregnant Sam was extremely prompt and efficient. She know the area well and is masterful at helping you find the home you are looking for. Then she is there for you every step of the way until closing and sometimes after.. Sam defines what you should look for in a real estate agent. If i ever buy or sell again there is no question Sam is my choice and should be yours.
