We love Samantha! Our overall experience was easy, effortless, and amazing. Samantha’s knowledge of area was on point, she knew homes that were priced too high per sq feet and those that priced within market value. She listened to our wants/needs. The process was amazing, sold home within 48 hours of listing at full price. She also is our buying agent and couldn’t ask for anyone more perfect. I would text Samantha and have a response within minutes. Didn’t matter what time of day or night. Don’t even get me started on negotiations. This lady takes extremely great care of her clients. Would I use Samantha again or refer her HELL yes!!!!
