From the day Samantha got the listing to sell our home, she worked tirelessly to bring us buyers. This included numerous open houses, the printing of a color brochure, which included photographs of the home's highlights and distribution of "goodie bags" which included the brochure, given to doctors at a nearby hospital. She kept us informed on the open houses, showings and comments from the prospective buyers, as well as her own thoughtful input on marketing strategies. Samantha is conscientious, gracious and hard-working and would be an asset to anyone looking to sell their home.
