I live out of state, and was unable to see properties in a timely manner as they came up, and she did a great job providing me with site visit info that helped in our eventual selection and purchase of a great house. Communication was very good thru out, and she provided great guidance. Her knowledge of the area and neighborhoods was impressive.
My wife and I just purchased a home through Samantha at Red Door Realty. Samantha was determined to find us a home with just the initial contact. She always answered communications and was willing to make herself available to show houses. After around half a dozen showings we settled on a house. Samantha is the best! I’m personally was only 27 with 3 kids and was so worried about buying a home and having to put so much money into afterwards, cause of all the horror stories I have heard about buying homes. I took the leap anyways with Samantha by my side! It was the most greatest non-stressful accomplishment I have ever had in my life. And quite frankly if it wasn’t for Samantha doing all the work, making sure papers were sent in, in a timely fashion, knowing exactly what the next step was, or even just calling me to make sure I haven’t gone crazy and to give me just a slight update, I probably wouldn’t have been able to get thru it all. Samantha is not in it for her she truly made it feel like she was in it for me and my family and making sure we got the best of the best. I couldn’t thank her enough for everything.
