Sam was so easy to work with on the sale of my dad’s house. She helped me set an asking price. Recommended what was needed in the way of repairs etc. She did a great job of marketing the house. Not only did they facilitate the mechanics of the transaction but they offered staging and repair tips to make the sale more lucrative. I needed to maximize the return on this sale as I was settling my mothers estate. Their tips and their contractors were just right. I have since used the painting contractor for jobs at my own house! When Sam was unavailable due to a family emergency the gentile team was great backup. The closing went promptly and was scheduled around my travel plans with very little stress!
