Our situation is unique in that there was a three house shift for all the moving to take place. I was certain there would be months and months of effort and work to make this transition. But Sam and Chris came in and helped my mother in-law buy and sell her properties, then she helped us buy and sell our properties all taking place within a 3 month time period. And during that time of transition and upheaval, Sam and Chris were cool headed, solutions oriented, and they just made good things happen.
