I had never done this alone before, so when the offer was accepted Sam was there every step of the way. With encouragement, support and great communication, he was more on top of things then i was, but made sure I stayed on track from the minute the offer was accepted till I closed! Showed up for all appointments ie: inspection appraisal and final walk thru. I would highly reccomend him to anyone looking to purchase a home especially if you are doing it for the first time!

My experience with Sam was great. I was going through probate with the sale of the house and with his knowledge he made this a very easy process. Sam was also very professional and always kept me up to date. I know in the future I will need him again and he will be the first and only one to call.
