Sam was selected using a Realtor Search tool. We were in North Carolina and had no area knowledge of Tucson. We spent hours using Homes.Com, which incidentally, is how we found Sam. He did several home videos for us and detailed the Good and Bad about each listing. We had no knowledge of Solar Leases Pool upkeep problems and Polybutylene pipe issues. He sent us tons of documents and researched properties for us. When we called with questions, he was always prepared to give us the details. Service with a smile and an accommodating demeaner, his personality shown through. We successfully completed a purchase of a home on Thursday the 18th of September, with a pool. Located in Sonora Willow Estates off of Houghton Rd. We could not be happier. Service, attention to our desires for the type of property and location requirements, Sam was always on it!
