Sam was selected using a Realtor Search tool. We were in North Carolina and had no area knowledge of Tucson. We spent hours using Homes.Com, which incidentally, is how we found Sam. He did several home videos for us and detailed the Good and Bad about each listing. We had no knowledge of Solar Leases Pool upkeep problems and Polybutylene pipe issues. On two showings I unintentionally pressed Sam into what I would consider "above & beyond the course of duty." I wanted to see a couple places I'd found online & the roads were so rough I was afraid we'd ruin his chassis & suggested turning back, but he was good enough to press on so I could see everything I wanted. After all that, I'd found an almost perfect house in another part of AZ with another agent. He'd put a lot of time & effort into me & was very gracious about my decision. BUUUT--& here is the part of the review about Sam being persistent without being pushy--he asked if he could send a couple of listings in a town I hadn't seen yet. And sure enough, one of them was the not "nearly perfect" but THE perfect house & landscape. All through the process I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for. Sam was able to interpret & interpolate my sometimes vague & contradictory remarks about properties & crystallize my vision while it was still gestating in my mind.
