Great experience!

Sam stepped in for us last minute and was able to accommodate showing us a house we had our eye on for a while. He was not the realtor we had been working with our request was very short notice. He helped us facilitate all the inspections and met the painting and flooring companies at the house in our absence so we could get quotes and some work done before we moved in. We are doing a long distance move and that assistance was priceless for us. He was very attentive to our requests for information and responded quickly. He helped us ultimately get the house for a fair price and he did his research with comps. He was great at providing us some insight for the area since we didn't even live in the same state. He was a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area that needs the services of a realtor!
