Once we picked a house, he made it his mission to get the deal closed for a fair price, including with appropriate concessions based on items identified during the inspection. Last, I was really impressed how well Sam worked with our lender throughout the deal.
Sam did an absolutely amazing job helping us buy our new home. We put a bid one one and lost it due to financial situations. 6 months later we found a new home to look at and Sam was there! One phone call or one text and he was on it!! I have never worked with anyone who has better communications skill as Sam Levy!! When he says he will call you back, he does so with in 30-45 minutes EVERY TIME!!!!! Sam walked us through the steps so professionally, answered all of question and was so personable. Sam was incredible. Selling a house is stressful but he took care of everything. Items that needed to be fixed after inspection? He had great recommendations of who could quickly and affordably address. He set my mind at ease and sold my place after one viewing! Couldn't recommend him more! He's the best!
We could not have imagined this process of buying our first home without Sam. Really enjoy working with Sam. He had done all his market research prior to meeting with us and had a great feel for what our house was worth. Absolutely no pressure. Once we were ready to put the home on the market, Sam took care of and was present for the open house. Great offer in the first week and Sam guided through the rest of the process without a hitch.
