We were looking for a certain house in a certain area with a specific view. We looked for years. My sister told us we were going to have to give in on some things we wanted the house to have. Well there were certain things we HAD to have and we weren't going to give in on them. We put bids in on a few houses but for one reason or another the offers fell through. I must bring up the importance of hiring your own inspector to look over the house and report back to you. Well we finally found our home and right on the golf course. Sam our agent stuck with us over the years and never gave up. He was very understanding about us wanting certain things for the house.
