I can’t speak highly enough of Sam. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are and will continue to be very much appreciated and respected. The very first meeting Sam and I had we discussed what my home would possible sell for in it's current state. At the end of that meeting he asked me what I wanted the home to sell for. My number was over his. Sam, advised me of what was needed to make this happen. He said he would do his best to get what I wanted. After those basic things were done my house had the first of several offers in 2 days, all of them exceedded my expectations. I am proud to say that my Sam Jaafar has become the only Real Estate Broker for me.
