Sam Coover

Sam went well above and beyond my expectations in my home buying experience. He was available any time day or night to answer any and all of my questions as well as provided additional assistance when I had a mortgage provider issue. Sam was very excited to show us all the houses that he could and was quickly familiarized himself with what I was looking for in a house and used that knowledge to narrow the searches in order to find the perfect house. I would recommend Sam to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy a house.

Sam helped us find our dream home. He helped us search for properties, provided excellent consultation while drafting offers and was very detailed in making sure the purchase went smooth. I would highly recommend Sam as a real estate agent.

I really enjoyed working with Sam. He was enthusiastic and understood what I was looking for. We made a successful offer on my home within a couple of hours of meeting each other. He walked me through all steps of a very fast closing and was immediately available to address questions and issues as they arose.
