As I progressed through the inquiry process, he even walked me through things that other parties were hesitant to explain in full detail to make sure I was as informed as I could be. Then, as I started looking at different properties, Sam and Brandy really went to bat for me. They're very protective of their clients' best interest, and when a property was great at face value, but had hidden maladies or concerns, they let me know immediately.
