I came to Colorado to visit my daughter and decided to buy a home and move here. She put me in touch with Brandy and Sam Barnes. They were very thorough in finding out exactly what I was looking for and I came back and forth several times and found the home that I am moving into. This was a very difficult time for me as I am leaving my family and my memories behind. Sam and Brandy made the whole process easy to understand and to process. They dealt with the company who I was selling my house to and was giving me a difficult time and straightened everything out so it was a smooth I found a beautiful home in Colorado five bedrooms large yard and the seller renovated a lot of the property and put on a new roof.
