Sam Barnes Realty is by all means TOP NOTCH. Sam is a "make it happen" kind of agent and his staff is well trained, thorough and very professional. I have a very difficult house to sell but needed to sell it at the right price and Sam aggressively went out, brought multiple buyers to the table and got us under contract. My house had a number of issues that were detractors for the buyers but Sam worked with them and got me the best offer possible. Sam and his team never slowed down, I got 110% effort from start to finish! I really enjoyed working with Sam from day 1. He bent over backward to understand the situation I was in, he proposed a winning strategy, and it was just a very short time until we had a contract! I could not be more pleased. I have been buying and selling housed for close to 60 years and never had the pleasure of working with an agent and team like the Barnes Realty. I strongly recommend them - don't settle for less!
