Sam Barnes Realty is the best! Sam has helped me a few times over the past 20 years and he is so professional, responsive and and passionate about what he does. Seems like all the transactions I've had are difficult. But not with Sam. I recommend him to everyone who asks if I have a Realtor I would recommend. His team is wonderful too.
