Sal is nothing short of incredible. My husband and I have spent years trying to find something permanent. We were so discouraged, but Sal was like a beacon of hope. He was diligent about scheduling showings, patient with our indecisiveness, communicative in every stage, and genuinely passionate about finding a home that made sense for our family - not just any house. His knowledge about architecture and foundations for homes was always helpful when determining work that would need to be done, future concerns/considerations, what would come up in an inspection, and how we would fare living in that environment with two dogs and a toddler. Sal brought his knowledge and positive energy to every showing, even if we had six scheduled back to back. He also was so kind and loving to our daughter - she nicknamed him “Sail Sail” and adores him. Sal has discovered a way to be professional without coming off as dry or distant, which is a rare balance to strike. He takes his job seriously, but makes the environment he works with - clients or otherwise - truly enjoyable. We would not be in our home now without Sal and are forever grateful we were able to work with him!
