Sally Mather

Sally worked with us for the better part of a year searching for a home in Syracuse. We were sooo picky :) and stubborn and unwilling to offer more than what we felt was fair price in this bizarre market. Sally was incredibly patient and simultaneously unwaveringly driven working with us- constantly searching and sending us potential candidates, quickly learning what we were looking for (even if we didn’t fully know ourselves!), dropping everything to go to a viewing with us, and so supportive of us whether we decided to offer on the house or (more often) decided not to. Sally is funny and kind and positive and steady. She has so much knowledge of the Syracuse area and connections across the gamut of housing and contracting work, and she’s a sharp advisor when it comes to putting together an offer. More than anything, she encouraged us to trust our gut - and every time we ultimately went with what we felt was right. We just closed on our dream house amicably and under asking! We feel so good and happy and so grateful to have worked with Sally who we trust and like so much! Thank you so much Sally we are so grateful for all your hard work and help.

Sally was amazing. She has great knowledge of the market and has been in real estate for a long time. She is very friendly and always willing to travel for viewings/ open houses. She will keep an eye on the market for you and send you houses that are in your interest/budget. She also helps set you up with mortgages, insurance, etc, if needed. I cannot recommend her enough!
