Once again Sally Edward’s was our eyes and ears whilst purchasing a new apartment in Boynton Beach. We live in the UK and worked closely with Sally to purchase a new condo. Once again without physically seeing it. Over the past few years we have built up a great trust and she has introduced properties to us and kindly viewed and reported back as to the real condition of the properties, highlighting both the good and the bad. Sally is naturally helpful and nothing we throw at her ever bothers her. We simply would not have been able to purchase this or our previous condo without her very knowledgeable skills and and willingness to go far and beyond her duty. We will continue to have Sally deal with our property requirements for a very long time.

Sally always was available to answer three many questions we had. Buying a home virtually was a very trying experience. She made herself available Via FaceTime while the Engineer did a review of the property and also during the final walk through along with my house sitter.

We were very impressed and happy with our home buying experience. Sally was very knowledgeable and if she didn’t know the answer to our questions she had the resources to find the answer quickly. Sally is a very good communicator and always got back to us promptly via text, email, or telephone call. Sally was always very pleasant and kind and we will surely keep in touch when we are in Florida. Our property purchase was all done remotely and Sally was very efficient at making this process go smoothly.

Sally & I have never met in person. I live in MA and Sally helped me find & buy a condo using emails & phone calls. She is very knowledgeable about the Delray Beach area and the 55+ condo market. Sally made doing a remote buy using wire transfers easy & stress free!
