Saliq is a wonderful and very professional realtor, I cannot say that enough. His knowledge of the housing market is exceptional. He takes the time to find out what you want and researches to find you your dream home. He took the time to show us many, many homes, answered all of our questions no matter the time or day. Not only did he help us find out dream home, he also came by our house to ensure our walk through was successful, and making sure our move was going well. He was there every step of the way.

This was our 4th house we bought in 15yrs and Saliq made it one of the best experiences ever. Not only he knew the market and worked hard to negotiate the best deal for us, he actually spent time learning what exactly mattered to us and the things that were imperative to have in our new home. He was with us from the beginning where he gathered the information on what exactly we were looking for, until the closing day where he made sure the closing went without a hitch. He even got the sellers to include a one year warranty on appliances which came in handy when our refrigerator broke soon as we moved in. I can go on and on about Saliq, but all in all, we couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!! :)
