I have been a Real Estate Professional since 2004. I decided to become a realtor after being laid off from a job I had dedicated myself to. After the lay off I knew I had to find a career where I was in control over my future. I knew I had a passion to help people, and I wanted a career where I could set my own goals with no limit for growth. I have found that passion in real estate. As the market has changed so much in the ten years I have been in this field I have also had to change with the market. I use to find myself giving daily listing presentations that included what the owner would net after the sell, I now find myself helping people out of homes that they are upside down on. Even the loans are so much different in today's market. At the beginning of my career, a person could work at McDonald's and get into a home worth half a million dollars. Now even my clients with solid money in the bank have to jump through hurdles at times to get into a home. It's a harder market, but it also empowers me to grow and challenges me to meet the needs of my clients.
