I would like to highly commend my agent, Sal Sedita. He was well versed on how to prepare and market the house for its sale. Due to his knowledge of the housing market, he knew what we could expect to sell the house for, which was higher than I expected. Of great importance to me as a first-time seller was that he was extremely generous with his time and knowledge on walking me through the entire process - from preparing the house, completing the necessary forms, etc., through closing.
