This was not an easy sale and got more complicated with each passing week. We thought Sal was great to work with and he sold our house in the first 24 hours after listing. Then Hurricane Ian struck just less than one week later. The buyer got cold feet about moving to the area, so we were back on the market. Even with the minimal damages, we still managed to sell again within one day of re-listing. It was a stressful time, trying to ensure that we got all the repairs completed before closing - no simple feat with everyone vying for various contractors' business at once. Sal helped allay any concerns the buyer had during the process, with respect to repairs, and our voluntary re-inspection didn't hurt either. Though I don't want to go through this type of stressful sale again, if I had to, I'd want Sal and his wonderful daughter there to help us.

There are understandably bumps along the way with most real estate transactions. But, during the dozen or so closings in which I have been involved, this most recent negotiation presented many more stressful challenges for me and my business partner. Sal and Calee sold our house for us. The house had been painted by an artist when we bought it and it wasn't the usual white and beige inside. They both totally respected the house's unique atmosphere even though we knew it would sell faster if painted. They were both amazing throughout the entire process.
