This was not an easy sale and got more complicated with each passing week. We were owners not in town, difficult tenants, lots of cleanup and repairs at a time when help was hard to locate (post Irma). Sal was there every step of the way. Most important he navigated a timely and decent sale price in a time of great market uncertainty. Such a relief to have this whole process behind us.

I highly recommend Sal and Calee. They are very professional, there were always available when I had questions and were with us every step of the way from listing to contract to close. We had a rather challenging rental property to sell and everything went smoothly with multiple offers.

Sal stayed in constant contact with us, providing feedback on showings. His marketing process was very strong and proactive. He came to the final property inspection with the other agent, as well as joined us when we signed the documents to close the sale.

His attention and understanding of my concerns as well as his responsiveness and availability was very much appreciated during making such a difficult decision as it was to sell my home of 15 years. We actually listed right before hurricane Ian and received an offer and went pending. Road out the storm with thankfully very minimal damage, other then landscaping. We couldn’t have been happier with the couple that purchased our home. Although it was a rough closing Sal and Calee are very experienced and couldn’t have handled everything better then they did. It was a great experience. Thank you Sal and Calee! You guys are #1’s for sure!

We thought Sal was great to work with and he sold our house in the first 24 hours after listing. Then Hurricane Ian struck just less than one week later. The buyer got cold feet about moving to the area, so we were back on the market. Even with the minimal damages, we still managed to sell again within one day of re-listing. It was a stressful time, trying to ensure that we got all the repairs completed before closing - no simple feat with everyone vying for various contractors' business at once. Sal helped allay any concerns the buyer had during the process, with respect to repairs, and our voluntary re-inspection didn't hurt either. Though I don't want to go through this type of stressful sale again, if I had to, I'd want Sal and his wonderful daughter there to help us.
