Sadiyyah Maamoon-Means is an award-winning Realtor, licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with a steadfast commitment to empowering communities through real estate and entrepreneurship. She currently serves as Vice President of the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), where she champions diversity, equity, and inclusion within the housing industry.
A dynamic serial entrepreneur, Sadiyyah made history in 2020 by launching The Cultural Collective Café in Woodbury, NJ, during the height of the pandemic. The café proudly stands as the first and only Black woman-owned coffee shop in Gloucester County, serving as a beacon of resilience, representation, and community pride.
Beyond serving up coffee, the café also houses BrickNKulture Events Venue, a vibrant space that hosts community-centered, creative, and economic empowerment events. Through BrickNKulture, Sadiyyah curates experiences that amplify Black-owned businesses, foster cultural connections, and build a stronger, more inclusive local economy.
