Jay guided us through two transactions within 45 days. We purchased a new home in June. Jay was a tremendous asset in negotiating the purchase, guiding us through the inspection and needed repairs prior to close. In July Jay was able to assist in selling the previous home. Again with his guidance we were able to complete the transaction with no issues. Both the purchase and sale occurred without us being present.
