JAY SIEGALL HAS BEEN OUR(MY WIFE & i) REAL ESTATE PERSON SINCE WE DECIDED TO MOVE FROM HOLLYWOOD, FL TO THE NAPLES-FT MYERS IN 2012 IN ORDER TO BE CLOSER TO OUR DAUGHTER. FIRST JAY FOUND US A RENTAL UNIT, THEN HE FOUND US A CONDO, THEN HE FOUND US A LARGER CONDO AND FINALLY IN A MATTER OF DAYS HE FOUND US A BUYER FOR THE LARGER CONDO AFTER WE MENTIONED TO HIM THAT WE'RE THINKING OF SCALING DOWN. IN ADDITION TO ALL OF THE ABOVE, I'VE ALWAYS FELT VERY COMFORTABLE RECOMMENDING JAY TO FAMILY & FRIENDS AND HE HAS BEEN VERY, VERY SUCCESSFUL IN PROVIDING THE SAME EXPERTISE TO THEM THAT HE HAS TO MY WIFE AND I.

Jay guided us through two transactions within 45 days
Jay guided us through two transactions within 45 days. We purchased a new home in June. Jay was a tremendous asset in negotiating the purchase, guiding us through the inspection and needed repairs prior to close. In July Jay was able to assist in selling the previous home. Again with his guidance we were able to complete the transaction with no issues. Both the purchase and sale occurred without us being present. If you are looking for an honest, hard working, and dedicated agent there are none better than Jay.

Jay was our agent when buying a new construction home in Bonita Springs. Being out of state Buyers we appreciate Jay’s experience and knowledge of the area. He made the purchase process simple, helped us out throughout the entire process, and was quick to return our calls or answer our questions. He did a superb job negotiating with the builder agent and was a pleasure to work with.
