Ryan was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable! He listens to everything you say and helps you find the house of your dreams! He helped set up a personalized portal that would notify me when a Home with all my must haves became available in the area I was looking. He did a wonderful job in negotiating so that I could get my dream home for the price I was willing to spend. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy a home!

I was so fortunate to have Ryan as my agent. I sold my home in Washington State and was on a fast paced time frame to buy a home in Ohio. Ryan’s calm demeanor made everything less stressful (especially when I went into panic mode.) When he Facetimed me to show houses, he made it feel as though I was really there. He not only showed the large picture, but also details of different aspects of the home. He answered my texts and voicemails promptly and as a result I was in my new home in Mentor less then two weeks after arriving to Ohio.
