Ryan helped us with a long distance move where we were initially trying to buy a house, then decided to rent for a year. After that he helped us again when we were ready to buy. He has been extremely patient throughout our decision making process, and never made us feel rushed or hurried through the process. He has lived in this area his entire life, so he was very knowledgeable about everything from average temperatures to neighborhood characteristics to schools. He always pointed out good and bad qualities of each home we visited, so we felt we were getting an honest picture of what we saw and not missing the little things that a layperson might not notice.
