It was very obvious that they knew how to market my unit based on what improvements I had made in the place when previous people didn’t seem to have any idea how to mark it. This was sold in three months, which I thought was a remarkable time since it was the beach and it was January February, March.

I would give Ryan 10 stars if I could. His wife Sharon was also a wonderful addition to our team and was a tremendous help. I did not expect my experience in selling my home to be pleasant and was expecting problems and anxiety. Ryan made the entire process remarkably easy. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the legal issues in real estate and was especially helpful navigating us through issues unique to selling a 40-year-old mobile home on beach property. We had offers and interested buyers the first day we listed. He was courteous to all the buyers who were making inquiries and took all the stress off us. He was always available to answer any questions we had. We were working together by long-distance, and he made numerous trips to our property to take care of any issues that arose. He did everything he could to make it easy for us. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for an excellent agent.
