My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ryan. Ryan has such a great personality and very professional, this guy takes care of business. With him on the job we had an offer for our home the day after the for sale sign was in the yard and many offers after. The profit was great and the home sold within a week, closed within a month. Working with Ryan was an experience I wasn't expecting. From the beginning of the house hunting I learned that we wre extremely specific on what we wanted in a home. Ryan also realized this and began to mold our business relationship. There was a lot of stress looking for the right house for us and Ryan was there to give us all details needed to make an informed decision on selecting just the right one. From the beginning he was "on it" around every turn from setting up tours to researching logistics of the properties to documenting every aspect of all transactions. Looking back on the whole process he was professional above and beyond all expectations!!!
