He was available to my husband and I at almost any time of day from early mornings to late evenings. It's been nearly a year since Ryan helped us sell our condo in Waltham and purchase a home in Ashland, so it's a crime on my part to have not written a review for him until now. Ryan was extraordinarily helpful throughout the entire process of selling and buying. Over several weeks, he was always available despite my unusual schedule, and always picked up the phone to answer my many questions. He showed us at least 30+ homes during our search, all within under a month. He showed an excellent knowledge of the real estate markets in Greater Boston and MetroWest, and I felt that I could trust him for advice on big decisions. I never felt that "sales guy" vibe you sometimes get from real estate agents. On top of all of this, Ryan showed extreme patience with us as clients. My wife was 9 months pregnant when we began the process of selling our condo. Ryan and I were on the phone discussing offers while I was in the delivery room, and I accepted an offer moments before our son was born. A couple weeks later, he was showing us house after house while carted around a cranky newborn. He truly seemed dedicated to helping us find a home for our new family, and made what was a very stressful time for us much easier to get through. I will definitely be contacting Ryan the next time I have need of a real estate professional.

We hired Ryan after he successfully sold a house close to the one we were renting when we were in Brighton around 2010. At the time, the market was horrible and the house was not really desirable, but he did it. We were impressed. We were first time home buyers at the time and Ryan was the right choice. He took time to explain the process, attended almost 50 open houses with us and was very responsive throughout. We ultimately bought a condo in JP and at the end of the process, also acquired Ryan as a personal friend. He helped us out in a few ways after our transaction which in many respects were life changing. Ryan was GREAT to work with. I had been looking for my first house to buy for almost 2 years with a different Realtor and within 1 month of working with Ryan I had an accepted offer. He was incredibly receptive to what I was looking for in a house and did everything in his power to deliver even when some of my requirements changed. His overall demeanor was never pushy or forceful but more understanding and honest as far as what was in my best interest in making an offer. I also really appreciated his knowledge of the entire process and how he explained each step with me, given that this was my first purchase and I had no clue as to what needed to be done. Ryan made sure to explain everything to me and also offered help when finding other key contributors to the processes, (inspector, mortgage broker, attorney, etc.) I truly felt like Ryan went above and beyond in many cases, even if we knew something was a long shot he always still tried. He was always available if I had any questions and extremely attentive even if it was just to check in and let me know that there would be new properties to look at soon. Ryan was fantastic to work with. He came highly recommended from a friend, and he had also just helped my brother and sister-in-law buy a house nearby. Ryan was really helpful in laying out the process for us at the beginning and clearly took into consideration our constraints and what we were looking for. He lined up a few showings for the first weekend, and helped us put in an offer on the condo that we liked while my husband and I headed off on a weekend trip -- and our offer was accepted! Ryan put in a lot of back end work along the way as a few hiccups came along (de-leading issues, etc.) and made the whole process smooth for us. At the end of the day, we closed on a condo at a bid under asking price, and we're really grateful to Ryan for making the process so easy!
