He did not hesitate to identify reasons why we should NOT pursue certain properties -- an indication that he was putting our needs first. When we zeroed in on the home we wanted, Ryan supplied critical input on our bidding strategy that enabled us to prevail in the face of significant competition. Moreover, he helped oversee the path from bid to contract to closing, which took place in a matter of weeks. He literally always answered his cell phone when we called, even after business hours and on the weekends. He is a consummate professional.

Ryan was referred to us from friends in the Boston area and exceeded our expectations, making a daunting process for first time homebuyers painless and manageable. From our initial inquiry until post closing Ryan was incredibly responsive, honest, and diligent. Ryan is the best! He was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire search process, and was a ferocious negotiator while we were bidding. He was always there for us, any time of day or night, to answer any questions or resolve any issues, no matter how small.

My boyfriend and I were new to the market, and had absolutely no idea what we were doing. Ryan was very courteous and knowledgeable, putting our minds at ease without being obnoxious. We had to put our hunt on hold for 6-9 months due family matters on my end, of which he respected and gave us our space until we were ready to try again. He was prompt in getting us appointments, was always early for showings, had answers to questions we had about the property, and when he didn't know the answer he would immediately call someone who did. When we decided to make an offer on a house, we were not optimistic that we would get it given how competitive the market was at the time, and that this house was too good to be true to still be on the market. Ryan talked us through it, and I believe he worked a small miracle as he managed to get us our dream home. I can only imagine the conversations and master negotiation skills he had with the seller agent. The shock of our offer being accepted was intense, and he doubled as my therapist the next 24 hours as he answered all my questions for either scenario of us moving forward or backing out. I think this moment was the cornerstone of the whole experience, and we decided to go for it, of course with Ryan's help. The weeks that followed were very busy, between the home inspection, signing the agreement, applying for a mortgage. But he made the process as smooth as possible, and we were very satisfied with the people he recommended for the next steps. We were closing and moving on the same day, and why not start the biggest day of our lives so far with a little hilarity? The previous owner locked the outside door out of habit, making the front door and lockbox inaccessible, and we couldn't get in to do our walkthrough. I believe if Ryan could've broken in he would have to keep us on schedule. We are now proud homeowners. We definitely recommend Ryan, and will call him again for all our real estate needs. Ryan was recommended to us by our broker in 2016. For 6 months he helped us narrow our focus and navigate the competitive Boston market. He was quick to respond to questions and frequently jumped on calls with us and our broker to explain the pros and cons to each option. We didn't end up finding a place then, but we did find a place this year (2017).
