We bought a house during the COVID-19 pandemic due to a military move and Ryan could not have done a better job. The market was wild during this time and he went above and beyond to set up incredibly thorough video tours of a multitude of homes. We are pretty picky and had a tight budget but he was always happy to show us homes. Something I really liked about him was his down-to-earth mindset. He would tell you if he didn't like a home or if he didn't think it felt right. I think that is an important trait to have in a realtor. He didn't want us to spend the most money, he wanted us to find a home to fall in love with. If we sell this home in the future, we will be using Ryan.
