Ryan did it again! This was our second home sale with Ryan. Our home was under contract on the first day, with multiple offers. Ryan has fantastic marketing strategy and gives it his all. We believe he is the best realtor for the Solterra market and would never consider anyone else. It was so beneficial having him work his way through the HOA docs, which can be confusing in Solterra, that we needed for our relocation company. He is very thorough and we knew we are in excellent hands for the entire process. Ryan is quick to respond to any issues and ridiculous questions we might have. He is very patient and calming during those stressful times that we all have while buying and selling homes. Jill, his transaction coordinator, is also great.
