I was excited from the get-go about buying a house in Kentucky, while my husband was nervous. Ryan picked up on it and found ways to reassure him during the whole process. He went over every step, calling and emailing us about documents, inspections, etc. Anytime we had a question, whether it was 8 a.m. or 8 p.m., Ryan was available and happy to help. Ryan is personable and confident, traits that enable him to be such a good agent. I cannot say enough about the job he did as our Realtor and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house.
