I’ve worked with 4 realtors in my lifetime, and I can’t even remember their names. People always say “I’ll give you my realtor’s info, they’re really good.” I take this stuff with a grain of salt, it’s like someone saying don’t watch a movie because it’s stupid. I have always been the judge of that and it’s no different with a realtor. I don’t recommend every movie that was just okay. But I will really dote on a movie I loved. And I’ll really insist on people watching this awesome movie. Ryan O’gara is like that awesome movie! I feel like everyone who is buying a property no matter for the first time or 50th time, they should work with Ryan and nit to mention his wonderful partner Maggie. Ryan was easy to talk to, agreeable to short-notice viewings, and helped to educate a first-time-homebuyer like myself on what to expect. Ryan never tried to sell me on any house we looked at, and simply stated things they noticed as they are, and gave opinions when asked. I feel Ryan was always looking out for my interests as a buyer, however I feel he was a bit too conservative regarding what concessions to ask of the seller. He helped me to understand what to expect, but I feel I had to negotiate with him a bit on what we would ask the seller to fix. Several things came up in the report that were out of code, and several systems and part of the roof needed to be replaced. Ryan however, kept telling me the seller would refuse to fix them, and pointed to where the listing stated they are not required to bring things into code. All in all, I felt like Ryan did a great job as my realtor. I just wish I didn't have to push to get him to ask the seller for things.

We purchased unfinished new construction, with several upgrades. Ryan was patient and professional working as a mediator between the buyer and builder. We highly recommend his services!

Ryan stays up to date on everything going on in the market daily!! He communicated with us daily and never took more than an hour to get back to us! EVEN when he was on his vacation. I work night shift and my husband works the opposite schedule. We also had a lot of other scheduling issues. Ryan worked with us on our schedules with no complaints or conflicts! He showed us homes any days we wanted at any time and worked tirelessly until we found the perfect home. He made sure we did not have to settle for anything less than exactly what we wanted! Ryan made the entire price effortless with us, especially with paper work. He was also very good at communicating and negotiating with the people we were selling our home to!
