Thanks to Covid 19 it took us 9 months to find the right house starting back in December 2019. With so much uncertainty in the world Ryan was certain he'd find us the right house. Ryan checked with my wife and I before every viewing to make sure our PPE's were taken care of as well as making sure the seller kept their distance. We would have been in a house sooner if it wasn't for my job closing due to Covid and having no job means no house. With my temper and frustration through the roof, Ryan stayed calm and reassured everything was going to work out. As a first time home owner (yeeeeaaaahhhh we own a home) I felt like my questions were being answered multiple times and he made sure we got our house in the city we grew up in. We've all heard that buying a house in Oakland is a nightmare but Ryan made out dreams come true. Great guy and always welcomed to any bar b que in the big backyard he helped us pick. Thank you Ryan
