Although, in theory, a home sale is a mainly financial consideration it is often a very emotional one, and an effective real estate agent is someone that not only has a mastery of all the financial elements of real estate transactions, but is also part psychiatrist. Ryan is an ideal combination of these qualities. He's got a real command of all the many, many details involved in a real estate negotiation and a great feel for when and how far to push, as well as other intangibles, like which home improvement or cosmetic enhancements to make before listing your property and which ones not to fool with. Ryan is always a couple steps ahead, and I always felt so confident that I was being well represented having him as my agent. Plus, he never lost patience with me during any of my many mini breakdowns when things got hairy. Or if he did, he never let me see! I can't recommend Ryan enough. You're in great and capable hands with him as your agent!

Ryan really knows the Nashville area, is such a great communicator and has a wonderful personality. I would jump at the chance to work with him again.
