Ryan excelled in all the usual and expected facets of his profession. I think it would be best if I share where he went well above and beyond. I sustained a torn Achilles tendon while removing the washing machine from Oak St. This made it impossible for me to complete moving items from the shed and attic. I relayed this to Ryan. Upon hearing the situation, he put on his work clothes and gloves, brought his truck and met us at Oak St. He worked hard with myself and my friend taking several loads away. He stayed and worked with us the entire time; I don't think the smile left his face for all of the 3+ hours that this hard and dirty work took to complete. Ryan is a great guy, and I can now say a great friend. In my previous life as a home improvement contractor for 25 years, I've easily dealt with scores of realtors and Ryan shines brightest.
