His knowledge of the area and his experience working with various contractors really helped us when it came to buying a place and asking for references in regards to Contractors. Ryan is a very hard working realtor that has a ton of local knowledge and sales experience. I first bought a house from him and was so impressed with his professionalism and personal good nature that we sold a house with him and bought two others all within a year and a half. We are just moving to the Cape and Ryan has made our transition here much smoother than we could hope. He has connected us with other professionals when needed and continues to answer questions after the sale. Although not part of the buying or selling process, I appreciate Ryan's commitment to the community through his leadership with local civic organizations and his giving back to the greater area. Ryan communicated well with me throughout this process where I knew very little. He educated me at the beginning by coming to the house and explaining everything step by step. When it was time to get my belongings in storage and I did not have a truck, Ryan was more than happy to help me and we made multiple trips to get that done. He was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend calling him when it's your turn to buy/sell!
Ryan excelled in all the usual and expected facets of his profession. I think it would be best if I share where he went well above and beyond. I sustained a torn Achilles tendon while removing the washing machine from Oak St. This made it impossible for me to complete moving items from the shed and attic. I relayed this to Ryan. Upon hearing the situation, he put on his work clothes and gloves, brought his truck and met us at Oak St. He worked hard with myself and my friend taking several loads away. He stayed and worked with us the entire time; I don't think the smile left his face for all of the 3+ hours that this hard and dirty work took to complete. Ryan is a great guy, and I can now say a great friend. In my previous life as a home improvement contractor for 25 years, I've easily dealt with scores of realtors and Ryan shines brightest. Without hesitation I can say, Ryan is my realtor!
My family just went through the sale of a home that was in a trust, to say the process had plenty of twists and turns would be an understatement. I consider myself an optimistic person, but I don't compare to Ryan. Every time a new twist or turn reared its ugly head, there was Ryan with his rolodex of competent people (from painters to house cleaners, accountant and a real estate lawyer) and he never wavered...If the review process allowed me to give a 6th star, I would have...This was all coordinated and executed seamlessly even though we were 2,000 miles away from the Cape......Thank you Ryan!
Ryan really does give great personal service in making the sale and /or purchase of a home a great experience he did both transactions expertly . I never expected to meet someone who went so far above and beyond my expectations. Ryan took the stress out and made things so much better for me .
I have dealt with allot of agents over the years . As a native Cape Codder I knew allot of agents. I chose Ryan. It was the right choice . He partners with you. He’s always there for you. He gives you more time than any other agent, which is so necessary when you’re making such an important transaction. His knowledge and communication skills are impressive.
The house sold itself. Ryan gave too much leeway to the buyers agent and her actions should be reported. He did a great job in acquiring a stager and moving company.
Ryan was a great agent to work with!!! He was very responsive, knew what to do when, and helped us in any way that he could! He even suggested ways of what to do to make our house look better to sell (since that is what we were trying to do) and pitched in to help himself! Not expecting to so soon, we put up our house for sale in 6 days and managed to have it sell in 4 after that!!! Ryan was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. While there was a shortage of inventory in our buying process when we found a house we wanted to make an offer on we were given great advice to lock it in and avoid a lot of the "fun" other first time homebuyers are having with making multiple offers and getting none of them accepted. When issues arouse during home inspection Ryan went to the mat for us and got us what we wanted. I needed various services and Ryan was able to provide wonderful referrals of contractors, home inspector, closing attorney, and mortgage broker. The team of professionals he recommended made this the easiest process ever. While other friends have struggled to get through their first home purchases I felt like I was at the beach with the way everything was handled from start to finish, I just wish they knew Ryan before they started their buying process.
