I don’t know where to even begin with all the wonderful things I have to say about Ryan Lam. Ryan helped us buy our first and probably forever home. When we started looking back in November of 2020 I don’t think any of us realized where the market was heading and how difficult it was going to be to find and buy a house. I honestly lost count of how many we viewed and put offers in on. Ryan always remained optimistic and had great advice on how to present the best offer possible with each situation. Even when something came up that he didn’t have an answer to, he was always quick to find an answer and communicate it to us. After 8 months of constant searching and brainstorming, Ryan got us into our home and we now consider him family, that’s how amazing he is. Even though I know we were not his only clients, he always made us feel like we were. He continuously learned about us and our families needs to better narrow down homes that could work for us.
